Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. ELOHUBS uses a deliberately small set, in three groups: strictly necessary (the platform cannot work without them), functional preferences, and optional analytics cookies that are set only if you choose "Accept all" on the consent banner.
1. Cookies we set

2. Optional cookies (only with your consent)
If you choose Accept all, and only then, these third-party cookies may be set. They help us understand how the platform is used (which products people view, add to cart and buy) and how our advertising performs. Choose Essential only and none of them are ever set.

3. Browser storage (not cookies)
Like most modern web apps, ELOHUBS also uses your browser's local storage for sign-in session data (elo_access_token, elo_refresh_token, elo_user, elo_last_activity) and small interface preferences (such as your light/dark theme and items selected in your cart). This data stays on your device, is never used for tracking, and is removed when you sign out.
4. Third parties
- Google: only if you choose "Sign in with Google", or view a page with an embedded Google Map (seller locations), Google may set its own cookies under its own policies.
- XentriPay / payment pages: card payments happen on our payment partner's secure page, which may use its own strictly necessary cookies.
Analytics and advertising cookies (section 2) are loaded strictly behind your consent choice; everything else on this page runs without third-party trackers.
5. Your choices
- The consent banner lets you choose Accept all (the platform plus the optional analytics in section 2) or Essential only (no analytics or advertising cookies, ever). Shopping, checkout and your account work identically either way.
- Your choice is remembered for 12 months. To change it, clear the elo_cookie_consent cookie in your browser and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
- You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and prevent signing in.
